Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 May 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Farfouille mobile application (the "App") published by [Company / Publisher name], as well as the associated website farfouille.app (the "Site").
By using the App or the Site, you fully accept these Terms.
2. Access to the service
The App is available free of charge to anyone with a compatible device (iOS or Android) and internet access. Data and connectivity costs are the user's responsibility.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice or compensation, in particular for maintenance, updates or force majeure.
3. User account
Some features (favourites, event submission) require a user account, created via Apple Sign-In or magic-link email. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your credentials confidential.
4. Intellectual property
The App, the Site, their structure and all elements composing them (text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
The publisher does its best to provide reliable and up-to-date information but shall not be liable for:
- the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of event information;
- the cancellation, postponement or modification of an event by its organiser;
- any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the App;
- any temporary service interruption.
6. Personal data
Personal data processing is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Changes to these Terms
The publisher may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified within the App or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time from within the App. The publisher may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute, after attempting amicable resolution, shall be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
